A Procedural Fairness letter is sent to the applicant by the immigration officer about certain information that they believe that was withheld from the application. Applicants at this point should prove the officers that they didn't misrepresent themselves.

The police officer did not give me any papers related to this situation. The only document I have is a trespass notice that im not allowed to enter the store for a period of time.
the problem is that in the application form the question is (have you ever COMMITED, been arrested for, been charged with or convicted of any criminal offense In any country?) so, that means that anyway I withheld that I just committed an offense
Well the immigration officer thinks you've been charged. Also saying that the forms are not correctly translating which led you to not declare is not a good way of explaining because as the principal applicant, it's your responsibility to ensure that all information is corrected and you signed on the form saying it's true as well.
You have to get a police certificate that shows that you weren't charged at all. Did you obtain one for the application?
