2nd round progress-

My ecas status start reflecting today showing submission date Sep 26, 2017. I have few questions-

1. Actually in my application I put home address - India and I put mailing address and representative address(sponsor address) - Canada. On ecas, it is showing address - India. Is is right for everyone?

2. Can I link my application now?

3. Who can legally link application? Applicant or sponsor cum representative?

4 When will I get AOR?

5 I didn't receive any email yet. In how many days will I get email?

Thanks. BS

1- ECAS shows only PR application when you login with the PA name and DOB with PA home address. While logged in under sponsor's name and DOB, you will see sponsorship as well as PR application status alongwith sponsor's address.

2- It could take a couple of weeks before you could link it.

3- Anyone can link as long as they have the required information. You need to use the PA email address (the one provided on the application) while creating a CIC profile.

4- ECAS status showing application received is considered AOR. Expect an email in coming days (usually within a week).

Hi experts,
I am planning to apply for Parents sponsorship in 2018. I just wanted to know whether I am eligible to apply keeping in view that I landed in April 2017?
I was checking their minimum income requirement and they need evidence for 3 years but I only have approx. 7 months of employment in Canada so far. I meet their minimum income requirement for this year though.

Please help!!!!!

you need to provide u NOA for 3 years /we don't know yet 2014-2016 or 2015-2017/ so I guess you don't have it, have to wait couple years

You need at least 3 years of income meeting minimum requirements unless you're in QC then it's 1 year.
Other option is to have your spouse or common law partner co-sign the application, if they can provide NOA for 3 years. If you don't have that either, you're not eligible.

Thanks for the response. I believe I will have to apply for a visit visa/super visa then.
