Visa rejection

I am currently doing my ug from India . Is it possible to apply for a ug course in Canada because there is this one media course that I really wanna but I heard thatbecause I already am doing my Ug in India there are high chances of visa rejection .Can someone

Its a new course but it is pretty much related to what I am doing right now

Guys ...my.visa has been refused with the below reason dnt knw why...

Upon a complete review of the application, previous academic and employment history and the
reasonableness of undertaking the proposed studies in Canada, I am not satisfied you are a bona
fide student & would depart Canada at end of authorized stay.

Bacelor ... 73
Master .67
Mphil ... 3.8 cgpa

I am not an expert at this but since you have completed your Masters already you may need a strong SOP and is the course related to philosophy?
