Hello Bill I sure hope I'm not bothering you again with this question.

When I first created my express entry profile I put the school name it was written on the WES credentials (The name in English: School of Management, Computer Studies and Telecommunications) even though the the school name on the diploma I had sent them is in French.
The school name which is in English is the same I wrote on my Education History When I submitted OINP application for nomination.
Now after I received an invitation to apply I can modify the name and put the French one. Would it be OK ?.
In this case, just write the English Name to avoid any confusion for an agent as information should match with OINP and WES however you can just explain this in LOE. In any case, this will not be considered as Misrepresentation.

Good Luck

Thanks Bill,

My spouse is the primary applicant and hence i cannot land before her, i assume.
Below is what she has received via e-mail
The e-mail has subject line READY FOR VISA. It's from IRCC.CPCO FINALREQUEST@cic.gc.ca and they are asking for our passports, 2 photos, any change in circumstances like pregnancy with expected date of delivery etc to finalize our application.
They are asking us to submit our travel documents in order to prepare for issuance of CoPR. It also contains details of planning ahead with links for potential immigrants to help them settle down.

Lastly it has signature of immigration department.

Is this e-mail called the PPR letter (what is the full form of PPR) ?
Any idea how a PPR letter looks like ?
Passport Request. This email is for the Passport to be sent to them.

Ok, then you can provide them with these details and get CoPR and Visa Stamp.

I have the same situation as yours. I only submitted the latest one (all pages even though they ask for the stamped ones only). I passed the R10 check w/o any issues (currently in NA2).
Does it matter if expired passports have in it some of the travels which have been listed for within the past 10 years? This is my situation.

Thanks Bill,
I also realized that my spouse's work permit/ job offer expires in June 2019. If CIC asks us to hold on and provide details of our child after birth with new medicals, it would be during July 2018. By the time they issue new CopR, job offer may be valid for another 9-10 months which is less than requirement of 12 months at the time of issue of visa.

Will they reject our case. Really worried now.
Please guide me on this

No, the only front is required. If it meets the minimum size requirement of IRCC then it will be fine.

In any case, IRCC clearly mentions that applications will not be rejected for R10 even if they don't meet criteria. So, just upload the image that meets most of the IRCC requirement and you will be asked for a specific image at the end of the process.

Good Luck

I used a lawyer (not an agent) based in Canada and he said it's not required. Only latest valid passport is required. That's what I did and had no issues so far. but if you are not sure, it won't hurt to submit all stamped pages from old passports as well.

Hello Bill,

I remember you were going to provide some new information on the state of things after November 11, so I was wondering if you wrote about it anywhere that I missed or the information wasn't received?

Thank you!

I am occupied with some other important work and therefore, I am not able to research a lot however new data are available including targets.

As I said earlier the processing of PNP Applications have improved and many have started getting PPR in 5-6 months and some within 3-4 months.
