Can harldly believe we are on the brink December already. The silence is killing meAVO is not issuing any correspondence on friday December 1, 2017. It is farmers day in Ghana. So long weekend in Ghana. Those expecting to hear something if does not happen morrow, think about next week from 4th december going.
I guess that's why it's delaying like this ... I submitted updated schedule a form in between and they requested for police certificate last week,so I'm waiting as well.My passport has been with AVO since on the 13th novI haven't seen any of the above o. Student visa refusal count and all one needs to write is "yes" and state the reasons. Saying yes does not have negative impact on sponsorship application but saying no is like misrepresentation. In any case its better to correct any mistake before they detect it themselves.Hello everyone. My husband was refused a study visa/study permit 2 years ago based on "lack of sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay tuition fees for program of studies that you intend to pursue" & "lack of sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to maintain self during proposed period of stay." This was all before we got married this past May. In the schedule A form, it asks if you've ever been refused admission into Canada or refused immigrant, visitor, or permanent resident visa.. do any of these apply to his case? None specify refusal of study visa. I am now getting a little worried based on what happened to @HisAma (by the way, I'm so sorry dear. God is our healer and he will never forsake His children. All things worketh for good for those who love Him). Has anyone had a similar experience of being denied a student visa then applying for Spousal Sponsorship later on? Does this negatively impact our application?
Have you applied for the spousal sponsorship yet? if you have kindly provide your time line? Also I would advise you to update the form schedule A form 5669 with a letter explaining the error on your part and send it in to CIC.Hello everyone.
