My Passport has been with AVO since on the 13th Nov though I submitted updated Schedule A so I'm still waiting.

Has there been any change on your gc account or ecas since then?

Yes there has been DM on my Ecas on the SA but the PA is still in process

Its been silent here since yesterday. I notice AVO send PPR/ Contact applicants mostly on Thursday-Friday

and this does not affect applicants with PR already******

Due to the silence in this forum I decided to visit other forums to see if its almost the same...
Jamaica forum recent applicants who went for interviews passed their interview however visa officers told them that they are no longer issuing visa's until January 2018
so I am wondering if this is the same for most visa offices in November...

unless someone recently in this forum received PPR within couple of days ago and has yet to declare

That country probably wasn't as slow as AVO this year so they may have filled out the slots they have for spousal visas for the year. We can't say the same for AVO, they may still have many slots left.

yeah submitted my passport since 22/11/2017 ..with a visa expiry of 20/12/2017 ...i dont know what they are still doing

Seems like the average processing time is 2 weeks. Lets see what happens.

they are obviously not considering the need to book flights at a period like this which is troubling.

Don’t think any 2017 applicant that used the new application package has gotten PPR here. I did medicals August and everything has been silent since
