Getting PCC from Canada

My mother got the PR for Canada. The issue I have applied for her super visa and her Indian Passport has been submitted to the CPC - Ottawa. I need to get her PCC done from Canada and I am not sure when I will get her passport back. The last day of submitting the PCC is 23rd December, 2017. Please suggest how to get the PCC without the passport??

Your question is confusing. you say your mother got her PR and then you say you have applied for her super visa? is it that you got the PR and are applying for super visa for your mother (who is in India?)

Here is the Scenario

My Mother is in Canada on Visitor visa which is expiring on 11th Dec 2017
So I applied for Super Visa for her. Sent all the required docs required including original passport to CPC Ottawa on 15th Nov 2017
On 23 rd Nov after 4 yrs . I got email from CIC to provide PCC, RPRf and passport to complete the PR process by 23rd Dec 2017
Now the passport is with CPC Ottawa.
Query 1. Technically I cannot go for PCC without original passport. Is there any way I can get her PCC done without passport. I only have scan copies of her passport
Query 2: I have requested the withdrawal of Super visa application in how many days I will get back the original passport

Have they specifically requester an RCMP certificate? A Canadian PCC isn't required unless it's specifically asked for.

No ,Canadian PCC is not required only Indian PCC is required

Sine she is already in Canada, check with the embassy/ consulate there. Show them your super visa application and copies of passport
