please respond to my question

Hello everybody !
I legaly married with an my girlfriend in Afghanistan I am a citizen of Afghanistan and I have never traveled to Canada but my wife is permanent residence of Canada. My question Is there that I am military(Air force officer).Can my wife sponsor me to canada if I am active military? And I applied for asylum in Austria(Europe)when I was in Austria (Euorpe)but after 2 months and few days I voluntarily come back home (Afghanistan). will they let me come or no?

Well id start with first determining whether or not she is eligible to sponsor. Theres a list of disqualifiers like Being On welfare, bankrupt, having been sponsored herself within five years etc.

After that you need to see if you are admissable ( no criminal record, can pass a medical exam )

but now she is working and government is not supporting her anymore and yestarday she has told to her caseworker that the purpose of her trip to Afghanistan was getting married. And I don't know how much time it will take and will canada issue visa for active military.
I couldn't find any answer of my question on eligibility forums.

From what i see here on this forum the sponsor needs to have been free of government assistance in the last 12 months. With miltary service it would add another layer to the background check but its not a disqualifier.

Your wife will have to return to Canada and and apply for spousal sponsorship outland. That will mean you will be separated for over a year but most likely longer. Since you have applied for asylum before there will be concerns that your relationship is for immigration purposes. Had you met before getting married? If not that causes concern as well. The fact that you are part of the military will also prolong your background check. I would be collecting any proof that relationship is real from before your marriage to current day. You will also have to prove that you will both be able support yourselves without welfare. Your wife's use of welfare will be an issue and applications can be refused if she was on welfare in the past 12 months.

I would prepare for this to be a long process.
