Hiring family is alway scrutinized more because he should be looking at immigrating on his own merit. Canadian immigration has caught on to family members “hiring” their siblings/cousins to come to Canada. What visa is he applying for? Does he have experience as a caregiver? Are you set up with a business registration number to hire a temporary worker so you can pay his salary and deduct taxes? Have you advertised for the position and can’t find anyone? Read through the requirements for hiring and see if you meet the conditions and pay fees.
