You question is already answered above by Ufa. You only need reference letters listed with roles & responsibilities for only those jobs that you are claiming points towards CRS.
Hi All,
Is it mandatory for the spouse (Secondary applicant) to submit reference letter or experience letter for PR?
what all they consider for the secondary applicant?

If you list your spouse's work experience in EE profile then yes, you'll have to provide reference letters for it. But, as it doesn't get you any points, you can skip it and add it in personal history after ITA.

i mean listing spouse's work experience..Is that done after ITA? Sorry for that
In addition to that, Is there any validity for the reference letter? Should it be a recent one?

Ok, if you list your spouse's work experience while creating your express entry profile it will not give you any extra points but you would have to provide reference letter for it.
If you want to avoid providing experience letters for your spouse do not mention any of her/his work experience in your Express Entry profile. Just list her/his work experience in personal history when you fill in your after ITA application.
Does it make it clear or do you need some more explanation?
