PCC- Date Range- Issue Date

Hi, I am super confused. My police certificate is from By Birth to 2014? Since, 2014 is when I moved to Canada. It was issued this year in October 2017. After end of 2014, i went to my home country but didnt stay more than 70 days.
Should I submit the police certificate? I am super confused. Any advice would be really appreciated.

I already applied. I became PR in 2014.
