Well that sounds suspicious but did you get a job offer that was the question for anyone to assess whether anything is fake or not.

Yes, got job offer letter and contract agreement before issuing LMIA. How can I identify LMIA is valid?

To check your LMIA, you can call service Canada, they will ask your LMIA number, and will let you know if service Canada did issue this LMIA or not. If they did give you contract and signed it before apply LMIA it’s seem real LMIA.
The company did pay $1000 for LMIA. So go a he’d apply for working visa from your country.

There is no outside of Canada process. Your employer in Canada is the one who has to apply for the LMIA - not you.

All formalities are being done by my employer in canada but i intend to know about the process. Is there any need of the contract between employee and employer before submitting an application for unname lmia?

Does esdc conduct any interview prior to start advertising for lmia??
