Hi All,

I completed my EE profile 2 weeks ago. However, i got low score 302 but was able to apply with minimum requirements. Furthermore, I received msg today that I am ineligible for EE and mentioned few possible reasons.
I dont find it relevant to me in this case.
What u all suggest, to apply again?
One possible reason in my mind is ...i selected NOC of a lecturer but according to WES report they considered my Master degree as four year bachelor degree....May be one of the reason.
Please suggest what to do? Can I apply with another code for which i have experience too.

There is no relationship whatsoever between your NOC and WES report. So that wont be the reason.

You will need to give us all the details you entered so that we can help.

Hi,

No, it won't. You can actually remove it from her work experience section completely. Just say she has 0 experience. This will save you the hustle post-ITA.

No way. We can definitely expect 2 or 3 more draws.

Just wanted to check my score is 390.. how to increase it.. i have 8 years of exp and my NOC is 0111, my spouse is a graduate and we both have 7 as IELTS score.

IELTS is the key. I was also in the 390s then improved my IELTS and jumped to 460.

So my advise would be resit and aim for L8 R7 W7 S7 or better.

need your advise i have prepared all requirement IELTS & ECA... for me and my wife, my wife will delivery a baby in February and it will take at least one and half month to get a passport for the baby. should i submit my profile or wait after i have the baby passport ??

Thanks for your reply. my CRS 437, but what if i receive the invitation before the baby birth and i have the baby before i submit the passports to the embassy can i submit his passport without having him in the profile ??

IMO, there isn't. The vast majority of the people on this forum are or have done it on their own. So if you are willing to put in the time and work you can do it on your own. We are here to help when you are stuck.

437 is a great score which should get you an ITA soon. If you get an invitation before the baby is born you will have 90 day to submit the PR application. So, if possible you can wait until the baby is born and you have the passport. If not, you can go ahead and submit the application and without your wife's x-ray and the babies passport. These can be submitted later on through Case Specific Enquiry. You will just need to make note of this in your LOE. The medical report you get will also mention this.

My advise to you is while you prepare your POF include the baby as well.

Thanks a lot for the support. Even, I also believe in doing on my own. However, some points creates confusion regarding the need of REGISTERED representative.
1. Abhinav.com has a a dedicated representative from Quebec who is having a registered number and it mentions that for Immigration applicant you need a authorised representative.
2. One of the consultant (Canadian Dreamz) insists that you need to have a certificate from a Registered representative. He told that In India there are only 12 such representative and in one way or other you need a certificate from them, even in case you go on your own.

Does anyone of you have grown through any such certificate at any stage of the PR Process?

Not clear with these requirements anywhere on CIC Website. Seems these are misleading comments by immigration consultants.

If you want to live in Quebec the process may be different (do more research). However, if you want to settle anywhere else in Canada, there is absolutely no requirement for you to have an agent. Like I said, most people do it on their own and our applications are treated the same.
