CBSA ATIP division sent email saying they cannot provide information on security screening and cancelled my request for information.
I suggest you write to them and ask them how come CSIS can issue a letter with dates and status under the same sections of the privacy act and you cannot?! dates and status are not top secret. The only thing you need from them is to confirm if they got the CSIS report and if they sent advice to IRCC or not yet. I think CBSA is just not used to the applicants sending atip requests to them before and now don't know what to do.

I ordered my GCMS notes and it shows that I am stuck in security screening since july 9th. The updates however in the notes don't show the status as if they are hidden or something.

I then emailed this address ( CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca) inquiring, and their reply was "Please be advised that your application is at our office and is being processed."

Does this mean that the CSIS have done their part and generated the report and now I am waiting for the decision of the IRCC?

No, that's the generic reply from IRCC.

Thank you.
I applied per letter faxed to CSIS to receive information about my SS, and they provided me around 5 weeks after a letter informing me that my SS was completed. After I tried to contact CBSA through ATIP, but I didn't get any info from them regarding my SS. A local MP called on behalf of me CBSA and learned that the SS was completed.
I wish you a speedy ppr my friend.

What happens to the inland single applicants who have lived in Canada 1/3 of their life and their application priority gets lower and lower because of outland applicants face déportation from their home country?
each petition can address one subject only. If the inlands create another petition I will sign for them. Spouse sponsorship is as important as one part is a person who is a citizen or who has lived here for a long time and it is not easy to keep a long distance relationship.

Hi @legalfalcon
I am a 9 Aug AOR FSW applicant. NA2 since 28th Aug and file transferred to NDVO on 6th Oct. Background check showing Not applicable and Document section mentions 'We do not need additional documents'.
Can you pl guide whether my security clearance would still be pending at this stage or would it be completed by now as file is already transferred to LVO.
