I did complete 180 days on 5th November and raised a case specific request to check for the status through the web form for the New Delhi LVO.
Looks like this case specific request triggered the golden email because I can see the golden email was sent as a reply to my case specific inquiry.
I have an extensive travel history with PCCs from 4 countries.
Details about the timeline of my application:
- Applied on 5th May in FSWO category from India.
- Medicals passed 30th June.
- Moved to Canada in July.
- IP2 on 21st Aug
- PPR on 6th Nov by email from DELHIIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca to my gmail account.
- Current BG status: We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
- There is NO change in any information or notification received in my cic account.

I am planning to apply for GCMS notes and I dont know if my application is in Delhi LVO though I live in Ghaziabad (NCR of Delhi only). I had raised a webform on 6th Nov morning itself not indicating Delhi LVO. Should I do it? Should I raise Web form again?Got the golden email on 6th Nov @ 7.40pm Vancouver time!

If the request submitted on 6th Nov is going to tell you about the LVO then wait for it. Otherwise, raise the request to the New Delhi LVO.

I believe email should be sufficient as it clearly indicates what needs to be done, and doesn't ask to wait for anything.
The PPR email asks us to submit the passports to the CPC Ottawa. I believe they will stamp a permanent residency visa on it. Since I am already in Canada, do I really need this visa? Isn't it possible to just get the COPR and complete the landing by taking an appointment at the Vancouver CIC office?

Have you applied yourself or through an agent / consultant... write to them or call them.. or order GCMS.. the seniors in the group can advise better
