It's plausible, but they have an even bigger quota to meet for next year and the year after so I'm counting on them to keep at it

Hi, I have a problem with my address. In my country there is not a official system for addresses and what makes it more difficult is the fact that the flat i live in is recently built and we can not find the right address. How important is to have an accurate address? Is it part of the background check? Thank you
I don't think it's much of a background check issue. But it must match the PCC, of your country or passport(if they show your current address)
If this is going to be your communication address, you can mention your postal address as it is in the address section.
From Albania, well we will provide address history and it will be difficult to find the addresses. I have moved so many times. I do not not know how important is to provide accurate addresses
Even if it isn't accurate if you can provide where you were located and give respective police certificates you should be good.
