I am applying for my father supervisa he is 72 and disable will be doing upfront medical how to nake his case stronger please help me thanks he is on pension and currently have 12000$ in his account I support him financially but it goes in seperate account help me with that thank you

He has to pass a medical in order to be approved for the super visa. If his disabilities are serious, he may have trouble being approved.

To make his case stronger, he should show ties to his home country such as property and other assets.

Just to add - if you obtained your PR status through a refugee claim it will likely be very difficult for your father to get a super visa approved.

Does he have any children still left in his home country?

my sis and bil are applying they r citizens not me what is meant by serious disability??

Doesn't matter. The fact you obtain PR through the refugee stream may still impact his application.

As for the disability, it really depends on what conditions he has and the decision about whether he's approved is ultimately up to CIC. So there's no black and white answer. However having illness or disability can certainly work against you.
