Good to know. It seems this whole BGC hasn't been as reliable anymore to track the process.
Thanks for sharing and enjoy this new phase with your family.
All the best!

Email the CPC. The email address should be listed in the Golden Email you got.

Email them and most likely you can send the Annex A to them separately.

This is the email address. This email address is for matters after you get PPR. Send the Annex A immediately from Canada post in the XpressPost envelope with tracking and send them email that you have separately sent it.

CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca

Thank you so much!!! Yes I Sent it in separately through Canada post with a letter of explanation.

Thanks.. I have submitted my passport & it has reached Ottawa today by looking at the tracking number. What happens now? Will I get acknowledgement from CIC once they get my passport. Will there be any update in CIC website on the progress.

Some members in this thread have shared they experiences: You don't receive any confirmation and this process may take from 2 to 3 weeks.

Just logged into my account only to find that everything is again untouched and unchanged (since 24 August when I got IP2) except for additional documents which USED to say: we do not need additional documents and NOW says: the additional documents you provided are being reviewed

Timeline:
5 May AOR
24 June Medical Passed
14 July Schedule A requested
16 July Schedule A submitted
17 July 'we do not need additional documents'
24 August IP2
27 October ‘the additional documents you provided are being reviewed’

Anyone with similar experience? Please advise.

My timeline is as below.

Aor: May 30 (CEC Ont. PNP) 2 applicants (with 2 Canada born kids not included in the application)
* initially AOR was Jan 18 but my application got rejected in April 18 due to incompleteness so I had to start from the scratch.
Thank god my PNP was good untill June 30...

Med result: passed aug 11 -> add doc could be asked oct 22 -> Med passed oct 23 (tech glitch suspected)

Bg: processing bg aug 11 (no changes since)

Add doc: no need aug 11 -> add doc uploaded aug 13 -> no need oct 24 -> add docs uploaded oct 25 (there was 'the additional documents you provided are being reviewed' in between briefly)
* Oct 25 they ask for my military record so submitted the same day.

IP1 or IP2 still unsure since I don't recall NA on BG after med passed.
But call centre (Oct 22) is telling me my bg and eligibility is being processed and decision is expected soon.

@Bestwillhappen at least they are working on your file and mine.
I know its very frustrating since in my case I had to leave my job (worked there for almost 3 yrs) in Canada due to some mixed up with my wife's Post grad work visa and late PNP nomination letter.
I've been out of job for 10+ month in Canada since last Christmas...
But I learned to stay calm and be patient during all this fun time.

Anyways stay positive and believe folks!

Have a great weekend to you all.
May the PPR be with you soon.

You are absolutely right. Thanks a million for your kind reply and wishes. Appreciate it.

Hello everyone, I am glad I found this group though it’s a little late. I am aor19th May. I was asked a few days back to provide additional explanation on why I was refused entry into the US in 2010 and the subsequent visa refusal in 2016. I was also told to submit an updated passport abiodata page as the one on my file is valid for less than 6 months. I submitted these documents immediately. I am just worried about my chances. I am FAW Outland, married with 3 children and a very vast travel history.

What does ur BG check says?

Guys, I got PPR on 18 October, but no RPRF fee request. So, I emailed the VO through the web form, and no response came other than the generic e-mail.

In the mean time, I sent the passports to the local visa office (different than the primary), as instructed in the PPR, hoping that would trigger the RPRF request as I've read it usually happens.

Yesterday, passports returned empty with a handwritten note by the VO that the rprf needs to be paid. At this point I am desperate, log in MyCIC which now shows Action Required only to see in the submitted application that the slot for RPRF fee opened and the due date passed! This was not even there two days before. I paid the fee (still without rprf request) by finding how to do it on the forum and raised CSE, uploaded the receipt.
Now, I don't know if I should send the passports again together with the receipt, or wait for my primary VO to update the application. The 30 days is running out and my primary office is really slow. :(
