Help regarding work experience....

I get it quite a few of u don't think one should put false work experiences, but I have to get my brother out of my abusive home so please, please do not judge me and just offer me sane advice.

Okay growing up, I and my younger brother grew up with an abusive drunken father and a mother who was silent while we got beaten up daily.

I escaped but my brother was always dependent on me and needs to be in the same house as me.

Now when applying for PR, I thought I could bring one guy along, however, turns out my brother cannot come if my parents are still alive.

HERE IS THE MAJOR ISSUE :

I have a charted account neighbor who has always been kind to me, He said that he would gladly provide work experience for my brother even though he never worked in the company.

The company is legit, the man is legit ( in fact solid rich ), can provide a genuine certificate from his accounts company and this would help get us relevant points.

My brother was working for other organizations, so would that be a problem if they ask for personal bank details, he can provide pay slips as well on official letterhead

MY ISSUE DO THEY ASK FOR PERSONAL BANK STATEMENTS, he earns money from Genpact, but wants to put another organization with charted account related jobs.

Please provide an answer, he is daily calling and inquiring when he can apply, I don't know if he can be without me, it's too much of a mental torture and oh IF NAY ONE OF YOU IS GOING TO BE GIVING ME MORAL ADVICE, please don't.

Completely hear you, and understand your situation.

However, I don't reckon any of the forum members would condone or encourage such deception.

Given that you've already made a decision and certain you can take the risk, please go ahead and continue with the rest of the proceedings.

Safest option- Claim asylum in Canada citing domestic issues/violence.

Do they ask for bank account statements for every month or pay slip for 3 months, that is part freaking me out and before any1 taunts me about ruining the image, I'm sorry but I just cannot allow him to suffer anymore.

CIC can ask or scrutinize anything should they feel your application is sub-optimal.

Okay so if the company is legit, the pay slips are legit, on a letterhead indicating a stamp of a govt approved Charted account will not be a problem

Thank you, his bank statements that show he was being paid 24,000 from a customer service organization while the document provided shows him being working for a charted account firm could be done easily right.
