I was wondering how do you get the medical number? Do you get it after you complete the application?

Medical Number? It's not a number you need; it's the medical e-medical information sheet that the doctor gives to you once you have completed your medical exam. You need to complete a medical exam and get this information sheet BEFORE you submit your eAPR (electronic application for permanent residency).

I think so. May be once the profile is complete, then we'll get a link to continue further and upload docs.

Continue from that section and you will find document upload section.. and don't worry your information is not submitted and can be changed.. your info and documents will be submitted together when you submit your complete application until then you can make changes ..

Phew...I'm also still in the profile update at the start. I've finally scanned 3 full passports (all pages, full color, reasonable file size) and now working on my Travel History!

In the meantime I've sent WES another email so I can get my hard copy, I hope they send it soon.

Congrats to all that got ITA last time.This forum is apt.I have a question concerning my medicals. My wife is a dependent and presently 28weeks pregnant. I got to know xray is part of the medicals and not too good to be taken in pregnancy. pls,how do I approach this and how does it affect my application as I won't be able to submit my application without wife's medicals.All information concerning this would be well appreciated

You should call up the panel physician's office in your city and ask.. yes, x-rays should be avoided in pregnancy and chest x-ray is part of medical.. they can use lead apron but it's better to avoid but physician should be able to guide you better...

it's impossible: personal activity includes work history, unemployment, education... it also includes your main work history and education as well. the only way it could be empty is if you've been unemployed since you turned 18 which in that case you add a field with the selection "unemployed"

Oh! Did u mean that I shld be mentioning abt my courses and work history there? Thats the only activity I did in between.

yes, everything. for example i did 3 degrees, i claimed points for 2 so in educational history i listed 2 in work history i listed 3. same for work history i claimed points for 1 so listed that in work history whereas i had 3 jobs so added all 3 in employment history. Your personal history form should've been prefilled with your already inputted work and education history.

Do we have to upload each and every page of Passport or just stamped / visas pages?
