You don't have to agree, but one thing is for sure and I have faith in it, all things happen for a reason. There is always a reason the way things happen, when they happen, how they happen and especially, the very moment they happen. We (all are in the same boat) might not realize it now, and we might feel devastating right now, or this wait might feel like killing us, but later when things will start getting into a shape, we all will realize, that everything that happened, happened for good!

Sometimes, we might stuck in the middle of a desert (literally) and hit by a storm, we might curse it but the thing that matters is, we always survive it (it's the quality of our species). And when the dust settles back where it should be, we realize that just one storm made us a lot more stronger than we were ever before. Life gives us challenges, sometimes by giving too much, sometimes by taking away too much, but at the end of the day, there is always we who benefit from it, by being humble, stronger, compassionate and I can keep on writing down.. All we have to do and all this life demands is, fight all the challenges with a big fat smile on our face, just to tell life, bring it on! And we will always be the winners!

Failure is always an option, giving up isn't!

Bravo! That’s all I can say! Thank you for motivation! We needed it! Happy Friday everyone! And happy New year, to everyone who is celebrating it today! :)

A question for applicants from Pakistan who're hoping to get an ITA in the next few draws, how long does the PCC process take?

It takes around 1 week to 10 days. You don't have to worry about it just now. After you get ITA, you will have sufficient time to get it!

Dear members,

Need your opinion on a present status of my friend. He has created his EE profile in early October 2017 with 410 points under job code 2147 and has expressed interest for Ontario province in his EE profile. I want to confirm what are his chances for obtaining NOI this year with the above credentials?

Also let me know if there are is any other province offering nomination at this moment? If yes, what is the process for applying.

Regards

Ontario most likely will start issuing NOIs in Feb 2018.

Congratulations to all who received the ITA in the 74th draw. :)
It's been a way too long week for me, finally I am sitting in peace (even though I have to get back to work from home in a few minutes :()..

I read someone saying that he/she is at 435 and is heart broken because of missing the draw by one point. Well I am also sitting at 435 and I am like :D .. I used to miss by pointS, now I missed by Point, that's alot of progress :D:rolleyes:

Stay put, everyone will have the ITA sooner than your thoughts.

Stop pulling my leg you :p

Quick question.
Is it possible to just give one module in IELTS?
I have maxed out on all but speaking, getting better score in speaking will bump up the CRS by 6 points.

Wondering if I and my wife should just give IELTS again.

No, you can't appear in one module. If you choose to repeat you have to appear in all 4 modules.

After your wife's ECA is completed, if your score is 436/437, then you would get ITA in Nov as the scores would most likely remain in the 430's range or just fall below 430 if there is a 1-week gap draw on Nov 8th.

If it was me, I would have waited for a month before trying IELTS again as the previous scores were all on the border of a CLB 9.

Thank you friend. My concern is that whether i will get my ECA by Nov. Since from 5th Oct its still docs not accepted by WES.

I have not done IELTS again or have not registered yet. But I am studying so that if required I can register and do it with out waiting.

So what happens in the case where my speaking score actually improves but other scores go down?

Has your package reached?
Wes had been very unpredictable for me. I sent the package with mine and my wife's documents together. Her ECA was done in 10 days flat, mine took 21 days.

WES takes time nowadays, so cannot tell how much more you would need to wait.
