I wonder is POF required from everyone or there are exceptions? Honestly i live here for sometime and I can handle it, however planning another stuff like a wedding is big expense and i will be short on money probably. Maybe I can send them explanation letter or something? I have family here as well..
You don’t need to show that you have enough money to support yourself and your family to meet the program requirements of the Canadian Experience Class (this includes provincial nominees who are part of the CEC stream).

Note that you do not need proof of funds if you are currently:

  • authorized to work in Canada and
  • have a valid job offer

This is great news! Thank you @abhishek_89

I have one more question, can i send my PCC from before i left my country? So i left my country in June 2015, went straight to Canada and I am here since. Is that document still valid for immigration purposes trough EE or should i get new one? I could not commit a crime when i am not there :):)

It depends... Was the PCC in question issued before or after you left your home country? If it was issued even 1 day before you left, it's no longer valid, because it won't cover that last day you were in the country...

Also, regarding the POF - keep in mind that not every type of employment in Canada is considered a VALID job offer for Express Entry purposes. The job you have now needs to meet the following requirements (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/offer.asp) in order for you not to need to provide Proof of Funds...

No, it is not valid. You need a new PCC.

If you need a police certificate from a country or territory and:

  • are currently living there, or received the police certificate before leaving, the police certificate must be issued within six months before you apply.
  • have lived there in the past, the police certificate must be issued after you last lived in that country or territory

Hi @trumprefugee
I think you are waiting for the HCP opening of the OINP, so do you have any idea when might it open? I am sure as you are aiming for the nomination, maybe you are investigating a lot on the issue so maybe you might have a better prediction on it.

Some people are saying that it won't open till the next year, and some are being optimistic and saying that maybe it will be open after we have the new year quota realized within next few weeks. I will be really glad to have your reply on this, thanks
My take is the HCP Ontario should open by 15th Jan 2017 once they are allocated the quotas for 2018 . Last year they postponed the opening of HCP to March because of the huge backlogs for previous year . However with the current online model resulting in nomination in 2-3 months , there is hardly any backlog left
Yes, I have been anxiously waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting every day since missing the deadline by 1 day on July 25. :( As of October 10, there are only 594 nominations left for 2017, so I'm sure they will not issue any more NOIs until some time in 2018. They might reopen HCP later this year to fill a few remaining nominations, or perhaps in December to start filling 2018 nominations, given that applications submitted in December won't be nominated until at least January 2018. I just hope they reopen before my NOI expires on January 11.

Congratulations to all who received the ITA in the 74th draw. :)
It's been a way too long week for me, finally I am sitting in peace (even though I have to get back to work from home in a few minutes :()..

I read someone saying that he/she is at 435 and is heart broken because of missing the draw by one point. Well I am also sitting at 435 and I am like :D .. I used to miss by pointS, now I missed by Point, that's alot of progress :D:rolleyes:

Stay put, everyone will have the ITA sooner than your thoughts.

Only after you get ITA, you would have to fill passport details of dependents.

You need to match her actual job duties from 2011-2017 with the main job duties for NOC's 4011 and 4012. You can select the one which matches more.
