i left my job in jan as i was preparing for sept intake for master in canada.
However I got acceptance for the Jan 2018 intake.
Meanwhile , I kept myself busy by giving tutions and doing free lancing stuff and only proof of that is my bank statement in which I deposited the earned cash time to time.
Now , should i write all this in my sop for visa officer.?
Will he believe it.?
Please help.

Yes u have to tell them in ur application & not In the sop that what did u do in the gap between the application time and the stated period...do show the proofs....and have a conversation with a knowledgeable person regarding the same

I have only proof in my bank statement where i deposit money monthly basis.
Will that do.?

Just ensure that you give a very good explanation in your SOP as to why you decided to leave your job only to apply for a study permit. The visa officer will want to know that why would somebody take such a big risk of leaving their job.
