Hello guys,
Can anyone make a clarification on this please:
I left Canada during my eligibility period for 3 months and lived that time back in my home country. how should I answer Q.9-c? If I say "YES" then it says to fill out CIT0177 form! which does not apply to me. But in the other hand, the question clearly says "during your eligibility period did you live outside canada?". So my answer would be "YES" because I did!
what should I do?
Also In q.10-a they ask to write all addresses inside and outside Canada. Should I indicate my address outside Canada for that 3 months period even If I say "NO" to Q.9-c? I'm confused
Thanks in advance
anyone ? :(

I do not think you should file the document unless you're claiming credit for the time spent outside as a servant of the crown. It's only speculation, but according to the document list, it's an optional form that must be added if you need it only

2) Question 11. What address they need? (Employment address?), Contact person? (Manager/HR?)
I have been employed all period and had different employer. What if the person is not there anymore (Can write HR?) (If no email available (Can write N/A?)
Thanks

I don't see any reason why not. I'm listing toll free no. and company HR email - it is not practical to give a single contact name if you are working for bigger companies; they even mention same on employment confirmation letters as well.

Thanks Refield, I guess your post was a reply to mine :). I think the same way. I'm gonna say "no" to that one. But in the list of addresses I must declare my address outside of Canada for that period right? I mean "address outside of Canada" in question 9 does not have the same meaning as it does in question 10. am I right?

for question 2 is no; some people apply separately as soon as each gets the required 3 or 4 years; for others their reason was if cic processes one slower, it won't slow down the others
as for question 1, my guess would be just the signature of one adult is fine, but not sure; read carefully the guidelines or even call them if still in doubt; good luck!

My daughter turned 14 when after she became PR in Canada. She is now 16 years. Does she need a police clearance certificate for criminal record check form Canada or not?

Well now I'm gonna cry.

I paid the fees but the confirmation timed out on the CIC website.

According to my bank, the $630 transaction went through and they cannot cancel it.

But there is nothing in my "Receipts" on the CIC website. I did not get an email.

And I cannot get through on the phone to call anyone about it. It gives me a message about too many calls and hangs up.

:( :( :(
me too :( :( :( and i was so eager for this day!! please update me on how it got resolved, thank you and good luck
