Did you mention in your first email that you have applied through a consultant?

PNP category.
No update
Then I mailed CIC about my visa office and got an update that "Please note that your application is being processed at the Case Processing Centre in Ottawa as per our regulatory timeline. Please note that we cannot confirm when your file will be ready for finalization."

Just a thought do check with your consultant that they have mentioned themselves as your representative

They have...I have filled that form 'user of a representative' and the RPRF request that I received from them was also mailed by cic on my consultant's email id.

Would try to speak to agent. Yesterday I tried, unfortunately cic system were down hence they asked for call back.

Oh alright...I have spoken to an agent on 22nd of September, I guess.
After that, I have gone for IVR option twice.
I will also call them maybe today or tomorrow.
Do let us know, what did they tell you.

I have seen in one of the pages on Facebook, 2 people have got their PPR's today who applied from India and were in IP2 since 3rd October.
I guess it's a good sign for those who are waiting in IP2.
