Hi,

Do you have any suggestions on how I can apply my mother for a tourist visa? She is currently in the Philippines now. We hold a PR status. We tried to apply for her last year twice but was denied. So I guess my second question would be, does anyone of you know an agency that can process on her behalf?

Why was she denied? What were the reasons stated by CIC? What did you use as supporting documents.
