Its making me really stressful cuz i owe a car and student loan in canada but i cant convince my inlaws they simply dont understand the Canadian life style. I know i shouldnt be talking about my personal issues here but this process is making my married life complicated.

Hi everyone, I sponsered my husband on Aug 26,2016. Today on my husband's ecase is showing decision made while the sponser's side still says in process. Please update the spreadsheet. Thank you :)

Yes finallyyyy Thanks a lot :) Yes for sure I will let you know when we get the PPR. His current city of residence is Sialkot, Pakistan.

I had a question though is it ok if the sponser's ecase still says in process. Was a bit confused about that.

Has your eligibility started?

Yes. I was one of those whose file was "lost" in transit and then found by shipping company after 2 weeks.

Anyways, my file transferred to LVO on Sept 7th and BGC went in-progress on Sept 13th. Nothing since then.... I am hoping for DM and PPR soon In sha Allah.... :)

Please update spreadsheet. Thank you!

Don't worry plz. All of us know that this process is very stressful. Well look at the brighter side that since 8 months have already been passed, your husband will receive his ppr anytime now and you giys can move to Canada quickly.
Have u guys ordered GCMS notes recently or inquired to LVO for a status update?

So here is the overview, It was Nikah case. We had our Nikah done in 2015. I got busy and didn't get chance to apply until APRIL 2016. In Sept 2016, they sent us letter demanding more photos and info. Rukhsati was not done until this point. We hired a desi lawyer from Ottawa and provided response to CIC with his help. In Jan. 2017, they sent us Interview request. I came to Pakistan in Aug to do Rukhsati. Now, at this point interview date came, it was in 3rd week of Sept. We took lots of photos to support our interview. I myself went with my wife for interview. I wasn't called inside. My wife told me interview went well.
But today rejection letter came at my Canadian address, and reasons are: "Our Marriage is not genuine".
Going through Appeal threads, looks like its another good 2 yrs. to wait to get hearing date.. I am just devastated today. Don't know what to do. Appeal or re-apply?
Bro im so sad to know about your case, one of my cousin got refused two months ago their reason of refusal was different though. His wife is PR not citizen and she applied while living in Pakistan, so a PR must be present at Canada while submission of application. Then they didn't appealed but applied again after consulting with professional IRCC immigration consultant. Then one of my relative also got refused because of 2 year gap between Nikah and Rukhsati ceremony. He also consulted with professional IRCC immigration consultant and he also applied again and didnt consider the option of appeal.
Bro my advise is to get an appointment with IRCC approved immigration consultant, they will review your case and decide what would be better for you. They might charge you 1000 or 2000 Canadian Dollor fee but pls dont opt any desi consultant, mostly they are not well informed.
May Allah help you this time.

Oh yes that is just Ecas's technical glitch. The sponsor side Decison was already made when you got sponsorship approval.

Hey yeah sorry to hear that. Its not bad when the sponser is husband but bcz of our culture things are generally harder for women. You dont need to convince your in laws. You just have to make your husband understand. He should be able to handle his parents.
