the cic give the list of requirement that if you have "no criminal record" on remark should summit the written explanation from NBI but unfortunately the bureau does not want to give me without endorsement. where can i request endorsement letter?

Just show them the letter from cic that u need written explanation..

Nung nag-request sila as akin ng bagong NBI clearance nagsubmit na din ako ng court documents ko.
Ung comment kasi as NBI ko is "No Criminal Record". Nag-request sila ng Nov 10, 2016 and nag-submit ako ng bagong NBI clearance, court docs, letter of explanation ko and explanation letter ng NBI on Nov 12, 2016.
Then, I got my pre-arrival services email on Dec 12, 2016 and got my PPR letter on Jan 16, 2016.
Just for everyone's info, di ko na hinintay na mag-request ang CIC sa akin Ng court docs and written explanation from me and NBI. Binigay ko lang sa NBI email ng CIC na may instruction, I think un ung email na they received our application.
"For Philippines police certificate:
The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) clearance must be issued within the last six months.
If the NBI Clearance shows any of the following remarks: Record as Stated, No Criminal Record, or No Pending Case, you must also submit:
• Certification issued by the NBI outlining all criminal charges/cases including the description of the charge, date when the charge was filed and the disposition of the charge
• Own written detailed account of circumstances surrounding and leading up to the criminal charges listed on the NBI certification
• Regardless if case is dismissed or ongoing, all court documents relating to the criminal cases listed which include but are not limited to police report/blotter, court transcripts, and court judgments."

REQUEST FOR ADDT'L DOCS: Nov 10, 2016
ADDT'L DOCS SUBMITTED: Nov 12, 2016
PRE-ARRIVAL SERVICES: Dec 16, 2016
PPR REQUEST: Jan 12, 2017
PR VISA / APPROVAL : Jan 20, 2017
Until now we are still waiting sa PPR so pag dismissed case may chance ? Thank you!
mam nung nag pass po kyo application nio.. Sinubmit nio b po or inatach nio na sa documents mo yung nbi explanation letter at own explanation letter nio..ang documents from court?
