Exactly! Mine was received February 14 2017, so yeah it's just like yours.

Congratulations @becos I join in faith and prayers with u dear it will end in praise, still no word for us yet also congratulations @umuchima on your PPR Request today
Since May/June it stopped being 8-9 months.
In July it increased to 11 months.
Now it's roughly 12 to 13. Mine was 12 months and 1 week.
Go back to Jan 2017 and follow the trend on this forum down to Sep 2017.
for some reasons it seems July was very slow, if not silent.

the new improved wait time must have affected the whole thing. they are now currently working on completing two different set of applications, with different process. it will take them quite some time to adjust. One can't confidently say what the wait time is now, considering the fact that they have both 2016 and 2017 apps there. And bear in mind that they must make sure most 2017 apps are completed within the 12 months wait period. Maybe the whole thing is overwhelming for them.

If it's 13 months ,then I don't agree with those who said the movement is faster now cos last your the average timeline for AVO was 8 or 9 months

Nobody said it's faster now. All the cries here has been about how slow AVO has been with thier processing of late. As a matter of fact it keeps getting worse by the day cos around 2011 or so, AVO had 3/4 months processing time but look at where we are now.

For the sake of new applicants let's hope by the time they clear 2016 applicants, they ll pick up as the new timeline is 12 months.
