Good day to everyone,

I'm a new member here. Is there someone who can answer my questions regarding about studying and working in Canada. I'm a Filipino Citizen just like others. I'm only a graduate of a 2 years course in the Philippines and currently working here in Saudi Arabia.

my questions are:
1. Do I really need to take up an IELTS before I applied for Student Visa?
2. Is there any scholarship Programs in the Philippines for those who are willing to study abroad?
3. Can someone help me find a suitable school best fitted for me.

Hope someone would answer in any of my question mentioned above. Thank You!
1) No it is not mandatory but it is school specific. Some requires you to take IELTS some do not.
2) I dont think so. I've never heard of such scholarship.
3) Choose a province first then choose a course that is an upgrade of your career/current work

aww. ung subject pa naman sa BVC na un is pure online. pero hindi naman po ung naging issue dun is dahil online class sya hindi na sya considered as full time student?
I sense a problem coming in the future. Avoid online classes. Reason is you can take it online then why do you need to come to Canada.

Good day to all.

Bago akong member dito, I am currently here in UAE and planning to go back home sa pinas by early next year for good. I am planning to apply a student entry in canada. I have few questions below i hope you can help me;

1. Kailangan ko pa bang magconsutancy or online nalang?
2. Lahat ba ng course or program is 2 yrs?
3. Incase ba na nkabayad na ng tuition fee den na refuse yung entry visa mo refundable ba yun?

Thanks in advance sa reply
1) If you have time to do research then go for DIY (Do it yourself). It will require you to do extensive research.
2) May mga one year course pero as much as possible get a 2 year diploma from a public college. 2 years study = 3 years PGWork Permit. 1 year Study = 1 year PGWP. You need that extra 2 years in PGWP to earn more Canadian experience ang chance to be eligible for PR.
3) Depende sa school kung kailan pwede i-refund. Each school has its own refund policy.

Hi guys!

I just recently passed my application for the Winter 2018 term, and they say it takes about 10-20 days for admissions to get back to me and on top of that there's an approximate 8 week processing time for the student permit. What are your thoughts on this? Has anyone here gone through this near death (lol, super thrilling) experience? I need help! My anxiety is killing me! Haha
Kaya pa yan ma'am :) pray Lang :) unahin mo muna ibang requirements para kapag andyan na offer letter, submission ka na nun :) faith

Depending on the private intitution po. As long as they have DLI (meaning, they operate like a publicly funded school) AND the program offered itself QUALIFY po
Hello Sir mic-mic! Sa 3 years po ba na PGWP saan pwede ito i-apply na province? kung saan po ba nag study in CA or pwede sa ibang province or territory? at pag nakaka 1 year pa lang ng PGWP pwede na po ba mag start mag apply ng PR? Lastly po, in case po na gusto lumipat ng ibang province after ng PR possible ba yun under ng PN programs or CEC? Maraming salamat. :):D God bless.
