Anyone who received pre arrival means they are eligible to immigrate in Canada, which means PA eligibility is passed. But it doesnt mean that the process is done, background check still needs to be passed. Also, there are other earlier applicants who are still waiting for their DM and ppr.
Kapag may pre arrival ba it means eligibility ng PA is passed already khit we are reviewing pa lang ang nakalagay sa gckey?

GCKEY is ALWAYS delayed. Nom's reference are the GCMS notes, statistically speaking, those who received pre-arrival were marked eligibility passed. Those who were marked recommend passed and review required have not.

Yup, that's right! GCKEY is not updated in timely manner, iupdate lang ng mvo yan once everything is finalized, ganun sila ka-busy. So unless you will order gcms notes then dun mo malalaman yung real-time status ng app mo. Also, if you will google kung anong relevance ng pre arrival you'll read there na ang nakakreceived lang nun eh ung applicants who are eligible to immigrate, so technically applicants who has eligibility passed.

Guys, help out here

For form 5406 CIC guide says

Write the personal details for:

  • Yourself (the person being sponsored),
    • If you are married and you were physically present at the marriage, write “married – physically present” in the marital status box
    • If you are married and you were not physically present at the marriage, write “married – not physically present” in the marital status box. Note that we do not recognize marriages by proxy.
  • your spouse or common-law partner, (if this applies to you)
    • If you are married and your spouse was physically present at the marriage, write “married – physically present” in the marital status box
    • If you are married and yourspouse wasn’t physically present at the marriage, write “married – not physically present” in the marital status box. Note that we do not recognize marriages by proxy.
Now the situatiom is we both are married and physically preaent. But in PDF row there is not enough space to write these words.
????? WHAT SHOULD I have to write?

you may used additional sheet for this, lagay molang married dun sa form tapos attached ka ng additional sheet lagay mo name/birthday mo (PA) tapos anong IMM (form) and question number..tapos dun mo ilagay yung complete na sagot na "married - physically present" ganyan ginawa ko, everytime na di kasya sagot mo sa mga form you can add additional sheet po, basta dont forget to put your name (name ng applicant) at birthdat ng applicant, plus the IMM# and question number..
