PPR is the most positive sign.

1. Is there any chance of rejection after paying RPRF : My consultant says the chances of rejection after this are very less.
2. I have uploaded the receipt of RPRF on 14th Sep by when can I expect the PPR : I have uploaded the receipt on 15th Sep, i am expecting to get the PPR by monday or tuesday or max by nect week some day.
3. they dont work on sat and sun , so mail might not come ...

1. Rejection happens in ip2 if the documents u provided don't meet the guidelines. Eg ur job responsibilities on your experience letter don't match with noc. Ur marriage certificate is not translated or not issued by a competent authority from ur country. Ur kids birth certificate is not translated or not issued by competent authority. Ur proof of funds are not on bank letter head or are not stamped properly. Again this all depends on the VO handling ur case. If a VO has gone through cases from ur country he knows about origin and inauthentic documents. If he is not satisfied with ur docs he may ask u to provide additional docs or reject ur case. If he is satisfied it may take him few minutes to pass ur documents. Moreover if you have frequent travel histories to some other countries u may be screened thoroughly for security. It will consume time.
2. Ppr depends upon the situations described above.
3. No cic and CPC work on weekdays only.

IP2 happens before they ask to pay RPRF or after RPRF is asked by them?
I believe those things you have mentioned are done in IP2 and after that RPRF
cause if there is deficiency in documents file is refused and if RPRF is paid it is refunded.

Case1: The additional documents you provided are being reviewed. This is default status.
Case2: If someone has submitted some documents and they will review and ask for more documents in related to that.
Case1 and Case2 final status we do not need additional documents.
In ip2 normally the additional documents message is "we do not need additional documents"
And the BGC IS LIKE "We are processing your background. We will inform you if we need additional documents"
