GCMS notes have arrived in 31 Days, so keeping their promise of within 35 Days.:)

File was transferred from CIO on 22nd August to NDVO. The Analyst at CIO updated his final review on 21st August before transferring the file. In his notes, he is satisfied with all the documentation & Medicals, Crimnality & Eligibility have been passed at his end.

The notes were generated on 29th August, and it looks like no one has touched the file after transfer to NDVO. Latest status for Eligibility & Security: Not Started.

So, as soon as Eligibility is cleared by a Visa Officer at Ndvo, BG will change to Ip2.

Hoping for the best at the earliest.:)
I have the same VO transfer as you have, 25th of Aug file transferred to NDVO and it says We don't need additional docs from them. My question to you:

1) What is your primary and secondary offices? Mine are CIO and CPC respectively as per GCMS and still routed via redistribution to NDVO
2) What are your listed dues dates?

Have you ordered your second GCMS cuz apparently they trigger the movement of file..? Ordered mine last week and will keep you posted..

27th September

Just received the first set 2 days back. Haven't made up my mind yet for the second set. But, will surely do it if no update by due date.

File Transfer...
11-08-2017
Hi Friends,

I got an update on my PPR status earlier this week. My visa ready letter was issued on 9th August before file being transferred to NDVO. I had missed the letter, possibly it went to JUNK folder and since it was Hotmail account, it automatically deletes after 10 days with no recovery possible.

I wrote to CPC Ottawa and they confirmed that I can submit my passport to local visa office, which I did yesterday and they took it basis this update email.

I strongly recommend all to please continue checking your Junk mail folders. Write to Ottawa office if you are in stage IP2, 'coz they are the only responsive team.

All the best mates.

Mate that is just an assumption. Many a times file movement has coincided with Gcms generation date, but not always. If that would have been the case, each one of us would be ordering Gcms every 10-15 Days:D.

But yeah, an Officer/Agent is bound to look into our file for generation of these notes & that review might make him work a bit on our files & hence we see some movement.:)

I agree my man but given that our files are done with elig. , Finances demographics etc someplace else (CIO) it's just an eligibility recheck n security from csis by officer and most of the times he agrees w analyst/agent observations.. that's why I said it will..

I would love to believe that theory:). But the thing is, Ndvo is working on Fifo as far as I know. So doesn't look like they would favor anyone out of the line.

Well lets see what happens exactly one month after our files moved to ndvo. (25 aug for me, know you r close) Most of applications I've noticed sent from cio had ip2 and or ppr during that time. We're really close to PPR is what I'm saying..

What else can u tell about LVO-NDVO folks (If you happen to know any) who were approved?

When did you receive the above mail from CPC? Ideally, your file should have been moved to LVO at least 10 days back.
Also tell what does your Document Section says.

Right now, your BG is at NA2 stage. And once LVO is satisfied with everything, they will update your BG to IP2 & security check will start. It could take anywhere between 2 hours to a month for PPR from there. Hang on with patience mate, you have most of us giving you company.
Hi @ Scorpman21 for your valuable reply,
here is my current status:

Application status---> We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.
Review of eligibility--> We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results---> You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents---> We do not need additional documents.
Interview---> You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics--> We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check--> Not applicable.
Final decision---> Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

As per CPC my file is yet at CIO, novascotia and not transffered to NDVO,
where i am and how much time it takes to transfer file from CIO to NDVO ?
and is there any chance of rejection ?

Thanks
