I have included my grandmother's pension in my annual income. Now my question is, is it mandatory to include mine grandmother and her signature in sponsorship letter?

Edit: Applying for Study Permit. My grandmother is old. She might not be able to sign. Will her thumb impressions work or not?

Yes - if you are including her income, she needs to sign as one of your sponsors. It's not your income - it's hers.

You have to explain more on what you are applying for, then maybe someone here could be helpful.

yes, it should work because you dont have any other option.

Study Permit - I am talking about the Sponsorship letter that we need to submit to the Canadian High Commission
Yes should be fine. Also if possible you can attach an affidavit on her consent and she can put her thumb impression on it in front of notary.

Hi Helican! How about just writing her name in native language?
I agree. affidavit is best. The lawyer will type in native language and also translate it in English and she can put her thumb impression.
