After getting PR will Ontario provide any job opportunity for the nominated candidates? How long I should stay in Ontario? Is there any time limit?

Ontario provides assistance in finding jobs however you as an applicant have to approach them. Having a Nomination will give you opportunity to use courses or job portals free of cost which otherwise can cost you 1,000s of dollar.

I strongly recommend to search the relevant courses available before landing and start them at least 4 weeks before landing date.

You will be required to register with Provincial and Federal sponsored programs along with getting free services from councils if you really want to get hired within 3 months of landing.

You are required to live in Province until you get Citizenship if you went under PNP scheme. However, you will be released if it is required by your employer or you couldn't find better job in the province.

I hope this will help.

I GOT A REPLY EMAIL REGARDING HCP FROM ONTARIO IMMIGRATION THAT THEIR QUOTA FOR THIS YEAR IS COMPLETED

If there is so, you must show evidence of such. Based on your statement, I have inquired the exact same thing last week and just got the answer. There is NO official position towards that. All they say is an exact copypasta of what they have already noticed last july 25, plus that "There is no specific date as to when the Human Capital Priorities Stream will re-open or when the NOIs will also be re-issued. Please monitor this OINP update webpage for news, announcements and new developments in the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program. The Monthly Nomination Report is also available here http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNP_PROCESSINGTIMES.html".

That means OINP HCP might reopen anytime, an will probably close again, but much faster than before (I personally believe in hours, at best a couple days, hence I´m F5ing the page all the time).

My inquiry was:

"Dear immigraiton officer,

I am aware that the registration intake for the Human Capital Priorites is on hold since july 25. However, unlike the 2016 notice, there was no mention regarding the fulfillment of the stream´s annual quota, so I am inquiring you, if I may, whether the Ontario Human Capital Priorites annual quota has been fulfilled or not.

I send this inquiry to know if I can expect a stream reopening anytime this year, which I know that cannot have any kind of timeline and that could occur at ay moment, or if, once the stream´s quota has been fulfilled, if I should wait for next year or think through new immigration possibilites to Ontario (job offer, student, or directly into Express Entry)."

That is great info Bill!. :D
If you, or any member of this thread, get across more specifics (websites, phone numbers, etc.), please share that information as well.
We'll be most grateful.

Hello fellow member.
Has no one received his/her nomination today?

I though it was going to be a very busy day for OINP folks, as tomorrow I was expecting a draw.
They were very active last week. But unluckily for me, I still haven't have the good luck to receive my nomination as of now.

If anyone has had any luck, please share your timeline and NOC.
And congratulations in advance.

Regards.

I'm at crs 420 guys, will I stand a chance to get nominated for OINP or EE IRCC in near future...NOC 4011

Great information.
@BillHyatt You are really a hero member.

Exactly what I was going to ask.
It's very strange that on the eve of a draw we don't get any new nominees. o_O

Anyone?

Not that I've heard, but maybe the government workers are just easing back into things after vacation and just picking up where they left off in processing the applications. But they should be getting back into the swing of things soon and clearing out those nominations, and reopening the HCP stream, please please please ...

This process is so nerve wrecking.
Not a single nomination sent today after a long weekend, and a draw tomorrow (hopefully, for all already nominated, and/or with suficient scores for an ITA).
Come on, I wont get mad if I go to sleep and find an email from donotreply@cic.gc.ca :D
