My husband has been working for a us based liner for the last 6 years. Does this qualify as overseas work? He has an Indian passport but has been a non resident indian for the last 6 years. does this mean he has international work exp? and will get the additional crs points for that?

Overseas work is any work outside of (canada), whether its in your home country, or any other country.
