Guys

I am just recently nominated by ontario, thanks to almighty Allah and then this group. Really it was this group only from where i got all the help.

Although I have not accepted yet at my ee profile,as I have following questions if any one can help

1. I am expecting a new baby in my family in next 7 days, so is it better to wait for him/her so that I can change no. of family members in my ee profile?and accordingly can modify the details of pof?

2. I have provided 10 years experience details to oinp as they requested for 10 years, although in my ee profile i have just mentioned last 3 years. Can I change my ee profile with rest of 7 years experience?? Reason was I was not having all the required documents for rest of my experience
3. My pof is my salaried account which is getting increased every month, I have tried to maintain the minimum required amount from last 1 month. So I can assume that by the time i will send my application to cic after ita, it will be maximum 4 months maintained. So would that be ok?
Appreciate your responses
congrats, whats your timeline ??

you need to have atleast 1 year of continuous fulltime work experience in the last 5 years..even im unemployed at the moment.. you ll need to explain your gaps in work history..
I have 3 years of work experience in last 5 years, it's just couple of months I had a break and wil continue to have for sometime
I am interested to know what possible reasons is appropriate to mention it while submitting? I have genuine personal family reason to take a break

Your reason should be okay. U need to tell them why. Some ladies take a break to take care of their babies after delivery. So as long as it's genuine and not criminal, it's okay. There's no penalty against it

Hello EXPERTS member,
I truly need your help here

My application is still in DIP since August, 10.
Application timeline:
------------------------
Submitted: July, 11
Assessment: July, 21
DIP: August, 10
NOC: 2282
CRS: 315

Could it be something wrong with my app ?. I haven't received any ADR from them. I recall that I sent them an email updating the 'other activities' section I forgot to fill out. Three days after that I got an acknowledgement and my application status changed to DIP.

I would appreciate if you give me an advise on how to proceed.
Best Regards,

My case is quite similar to yours
Submitted 13 July
Assessment 22 July
ADR 14 August
DIP 23 August

Next step is to wait patiently till 60 days are completed since submission. after that you can email them asking about your application status. You cannot do anything before 60 days as thats their standard application processing time

Congratulations!!

1. You got 30 days to accept this nomination. As you said, you are expecting a god's gift in 7days. My opinion is to wait for a week and accept the nomination after baby born but before 30days of nomination expiry.

Hence you wouldn't go into additional confusions of recording the changes in your EE after ITA.

2. Do mention the history of 10 years past. I assume that now you have arranged those documents.

3. You have answer too for your question.

All the best!!!

Hi all, I am new to the forum and want advice from you all for OINP, i.e whether I am eligible for it or not!!

Today i.e 01.09.17 i got my IELTS band of 7.5 (L 8.5,R 8.5, S 7, W 6.5) due to which my score dropped (estimated at 8,7,7,7) from 437 to 398. Am I still eligible for Ontario PNP as I heard that people who get 400 and above are eligible to apply for ontario (My NOC code is 1111), have 2.5 years of work experience.

Thanks

You may be eligible for OINP ***IF*** they repeat the under 400 points screening like they did late june to the ICT sector, and IF they reopen the HCP stream this year. Other than that, you won´t be eligible since you´re under 400.

I suggest you request a test remark for Writing, wait two months and hope for the best. 437 should give you an instant ITA.
