I am from August 20th..I could see most of them got there nomination within 5 days after status changed to DIP.when is your timeline?did they ask some Agree ADR for you??

this is my timeline , whats yours ??
i had submitted ECA report beforehand so they didnot ask me anything

Noc is 2281
Submitted July 25
Assessment July 25
DIP is August 20th
Most of them received on August 29th.is

You have to wait until they will re-open the HCP stream and start accepting new registrations. Also your NOI is valid for 6 months but make sure your papers are ready to submit once they will re-open and register the profile. You will only have 14 days once you register.

is there a way to open a canadian bank account ( outland ) without permanent Residency (eAPR not yet submitted ) ?

Am willing to transfer some money from a sibling with a gift deed and I want them directly transferred in a Canadian bank , then I need that for POF for the eAPR , is it possible ?
also, is provincial nomination of any help ?

You have to be physically present to open an account and it's possible in some banks without u being a resident. So even when visiting on tourist visa u can open an account.

If u don't av the required cut off points for IRCC draw, them PNP helps to give u additional 600 points to qualify for the draw and to get an ITA Invitation to apply to Canada for permanent residency.

Now if you have done this FD within the same month as receipt month (so say .. you created FD in August & you received these deposits in the month of August itself).. then you won't need gift deed..

Since your average monthly balance for july and august would be almost similar.. as AMOUNT RECEIVED in AUGUST = FD Created in AUGUST.. which will cancel out

One recommendation would be don't keep fund balance exact like CIC requirement.. since dollar fluctuations impact the balance...keep 1000-1500CAD extra...

(learnt from my own experience..in april CAD was around 48-49...when submitted docs for eAPR, CAD was above 50.. lost around 900 CAD)

So I received multiple deposits in the month of August amounting to 12500 CAD vs the Required 12300 CAD (for a single person) and each of this multiple deposits are converted into an FD. eg : x+y+z = 12500 cad... so I have X as one FD, Y as one FD and Z as one FD.. all these three deposits were in the month of August ..each converted to one FD individually in the the same account.. I also have a small amount adding to the funds from mutual funds amounting to 12500 CAD.. (negligible amount).. NOTE : i do not have any other balance in that account except the FD.I hope this makes it easier for you to understand .. and any idea when the next intake for registrations are opening for OINP ?? ill keep in mind the CAD fluctuations ...
