driving in ontario on home country license

Hi, I am a permanent resident of canada.
First landed in jan 2017, and stayed for 5 days.
Then went back .
Now I have come again in august to ontario to stay for 2 months.
My family will stay here but I will go back to finish my job contract in saudi arabia.
I have the following questions.
Can I still drive a rental car on my saudi license. As I dont want to apply for canadian license at this time.

I would ask the MTO to be sure.

You will need the international driving licence to be able to drive in Canada short term. And attention, there are 2 types of those (Geneva and Vienna convention). So do not forget to get correct one in SA
