If it can be of any comfort, you are not the only one who got affected - other members here reported it too. Lately ECAS has disappeared a few times (even when there was no scheduled maintenance) - sometimes it happens when they update your status e.g. From "app received" to "in process" or when they update your name (e.g.
by adding special characters etc.). No worries, All good
