Express Entry eligibility and final PR approval are dependent on A LOT of things, not just profession. You would need to give us waaaaaaaaaay more details than that. Have you completed any of the Immigration Programme Eligibility Tests (such as the one for Federal Skilled Worker programme) or used the CRS Calculator to figure out what your CRS score would be if you were eligible and submitted an Express Entry profile (CRS determines how likely you are to get an Initiation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residency...
Like jam said, it doesnt only go by profession. You need to do some research and calculate your points online to see if you are eligible. Its easy, uncle google is your best friend.
