Yup, used fedex. Called CIC today as well, they just reiterated the same. that the visa is printed but the passports have not yet been dispatched...

no updates on account. They had no answer for that .. they just said that sometimes it is not updated ... but the file is updated ...

Tracker still not activated.

Got my passport today!

Passport sent - July 25th
Passport received at Ottawa Office - July 27th
Status 'Approved' in CIC account - August 18th
Tracker activated - August 24th
Passport received - August 25th

Thanks everyone for your help in this forum.

Leaving from Canada today and planning to do landing when I come back to Ottawa in September. Hope it should be fine!

I was told by the agent that once the visa is printed on your passport it may take up to 2 weeks for the passport to be mailed back. If it has passed 2 weeks since your visa was printed, please call them. I was told that visa was printed on Aug 22, and should expect my passport to be dispatched by September 5th.

I hope this helps certain folks who are waiting for their return packages to be activated.

Are there people here who used Fedex and had their approval status/ visa printed 18th August? Has anyone gotten their tracker activated yet?

Used FedEx which has been really frustrating so far. Anyway, mine was delivered 8/14, CIC account changed to approved on 8/22. No activation on tracker yet.
