You need to provide your profile , what did you apply for, what documents you provided and what were the reasons for rejection.
I would advice you to get CAIPS before you re-apply.
Diploma approvals are hard to get but not impossible, since you need to prove logical progression of studies/benefits and strong ties to home country. Get CAIPS , search the forums for "SOP" to prepare a strong SOP and prepare a stronger case.
