well hopefully your case gets resolved in your favor soon, this is a worrying sign and i would contact ontarionominee@ontario.ca if i was at your place, they have been been replying me from this email and hopefully will do the same to you

http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNP_EE_CAPITAL_HELP.html
my problem is that I sent email to this address as well 5 days after I sent them my resume, and ask for updates on my status and whether they have received my CV or not , but again no answer...

Even we had received the mail asking for resume.. Then we had replied them with letter of explanation and file number in the subject line... Then we had received the confirmation from them within 2 days... Later status changed to assessment... Now its in DIP Stage..

Did you mention your file number on subject line.. Or may be they rejected your case as they might be under the impression that you did not reply within 14 days
I replied the same email on the same date with my number as the subject...

@MEB , communicate with OINP ASAP regarding your ADR deadline extension. Don't take any chance now even If you have to fly back, do it.
Yeah that is What i was exactly talking about earlier...They will have a deadline for being "so nice" after which they will return to follow the book exactly without much flexibility which may lead to rejections, although Luna's case is beyond that even and its a very strange case .. ...anyways lets c if that case was a decisive one in the turn of events and the way they assess applications (including mine!)..I am doing my best to contact HR for a solution ..Flying back would be almost impossible as I mentioned before due to the tension between both countries... unplanned flights isn't easy...
Again i mentioned clearly its a full time job...and standard timings in the country can be googled easily to confirm what such full time job means ! I am not sure if every single nominated guy had mentioned exactly # of hours if he already mentioned its a full time Job!

thx for your kind words.. lets see..
@Lunaa please read this reconsideration process carefully: taken from Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP): Frequently Asked Questions

Reconsideration Requests
1) What can I do if my application is denied?

The OINP gives applicants an opportunity to seek a review of the refusal decision of their application. This process is called Reconsideration. The OINP’s reconsideration process is in place to provide applicants recourse to the refusal of their application should they feel an error was made by the program in its assessment. To request reconsideration, you must send a request by email to reconsiderations@ontario.ca within 30 calendar days of the date on the refusal letter. You must clearly identify what error(s) you believe was/were made in the assessment of your application. The error(s) you identify must be related to the stated reason(s) for the refusal of your application. If the deadline to submit the request falls on a weekend or a statutory holiday, the deadline to submit the request will be extended to the next working day. Reconsideration requests are reviewed by an official who was not involved in the original decision and who is independent of the original decision-maker. The reconsideration decision is final. Please note that a reconsideration request will consider eligibility at the time of the original application. A decision will not be reconsidered on the basis of a change in circumstances after the application was submitted and will not take into consideration new information or documentation that was not submitted to the program during initial application assessment. In these instances, you should submit a new application to the program. You will be required to pay the application fee for the new application.
Note: Written requests for reconsideration are no longer accepted by mail, fax or in person. All requests for reconsideration must be sent by email.

This will surely help you.

@anwar01 , @MEB , @HADDY , @iamxty , considering this case, do you all think that OINP has stopped being "nice" to us now? We all discussed this quite a number of times in our posts. Although its not a rejection, but its kind of weird.
You know, I'm analysing this case. Oinp has not changed cos they sent a mail requesting for the doc hiwever, there was a visible communication gap. Someone received d mail and did not update their system since she sent the doc to the right email address or perhaps the mail was neglected.

She needs to tackle the issue tactfully.
Don't push blames on them. Just let them know you will appreciate them resolving d issue amicably since you did what was requested of you in a timely manner.

Lesson learnt: Make sure your submission for ADR Requests is acknowledged. Otherwise followup with emails before the time elapse as she did in her case.

PEACE be unto us All.

@Lunaa,
I believe your email didn't received by them , like what domain email are you using is it @gmail @yahoo as I can assume may be your email blocked by ontario email filter highly possible.

even I received email from expressentry@ontraio.ca from complete current passport copies because I only sent them stamp pages.
they sent me on 9 Aug and I replied on 10 Aug like 9.45 and after 2 Hours 11:45 they sent me acknowledge email and mentioned :'You will be contacted if there are any further questions'

I hope they will reopen your case and process ,, have hope

Guys,
regarding my case, do you have any idea about the reconsideration process and timing? how long usually does it take to take action when you email them for reconsideration?

Yes, that's what. Am scared to change or alter anything which turns out to be a foolish mistake in the end. If they need they will ask or else they will pass us through. ;) Thanks for voicing my thoughts @anwar01 and @HADDY
I have the same problem here, my roles and responsibilities were correlating with both 2281 and 2282. Such as 8 roles weigh in for 2281 and 4 roles for 2282. I just opted 2281 as my primary. Am elated to know that ONIP, instead of rejecting will mail you to alter the specified NOC.
I can rest easy while registering

Thanks! Then I must start asking my previous employers what my roles and responsibilities are, as early as now. If in case I am unable to get that, we can present the email they sent to show that they couldn't provide it to me, right?

Good luck on your application too!
In addition to that, If you are sure "your employer wouldn't comply with your demands" which is in most cases (sigh) . Write down a email to them stating "you want blah blah", they would reply to that email,"we won't be providing such letter for the reason blah blah blah"

Provide that as your proof that you had tried.

Hope it helps.
Thanks,
Sundar.

Do we get pcc in India in colour. Coz earlier i had requested for pcc and got it in black and white..will the black and white pcc do
Rest easy, though you received in black and white, the seal would be in colored when color scanned.
That would suffice.

Honestly, I feel its better u create a reference letter as it suits you and check with them if all the details are ok.....if they say yes... tell them you will send them a soft copy of the same, please print it on a company letter head.....once thats done ask them for a stamp and signature. Most employers in smaller companies hate having to give reference letter because it is extra work for them.
