FORM IMM5444 Question #21: Travel History

We are working on completing this section in order to submit the renewal application. We are struggling to find out the exact entry/exit dates for certain travel done in the second half of 2012.
Yes we have tried searching the I94 online form but nothing comes back (but it works when we search other family members)
Does anyone else have a suggestion on how we can determine these dates? Weve tried looking at bank statements, emails etc...

You can try the https://foiaonline.regulations.gov/foia/action/public/home
This may give more details which sometimes doesn't show up in i94. Create and account and place a request. It may take 1-2 months to get the report though.

Thank you... i did apply for this yesterday. This crept up on us and i dont have 1-2 months but i applied anyway so hoping something might come faster.

I was pretty sure that I had a time or two across the border that I couldn't remember and it didn't snag my application for renewal. I just did my best to account for what I could. It seemed pretty silly to me that neither border office (US or Canada) could give me the information after identifying myself with a passport.

Btw, did you get the CBSA report? If you request then they can give your road trip entry to U.S.
