I also have the same status in my application
I believe it is not a system glitch because when we upload the documents, The LOE section shows up as additional documents.
So probably they are talking about the LOE

Quick question. During document upload phase, for education, should i also scan and include my marksheets of individual semesters in one final pdf for one education credential ? I was thinking of creating one pdf for my BTech which would include Degree and Transcripts.

So my timeline is:
ITA: April 14th
AOR: June 22th
Medical Passed: Not really sure, but beggining of July
IP1: Missed it
IP2: July 29th
PPR: August 8th
Im a FSW-Outland travelling with my wife and son.

AOR - June 20th
Meds passed - July 14th
IP1 - didnt notice
NA - July 15th
It has been stuck there forever. My question is not regarding PR visa.
My question is regarding student visa. I also have an application for student visa. I did this after consulting with lawyers and university of Toronto where I am going in September. They said that since PR processing takes around 4-6 months, I should apply for a student visa. The problem is my student visa final decision section says "Your application was approved. You need to send us your valid passport to finalise your application. Check your message below for details." It has been 2-3 days since this was updated but I do not see the message below with details.
I have applied from India.
Is there an email ID that I can write with this issue. I am running out of time as I have blocked my tickets for August 29th, I have a condition to my admission that I should present my degree certificate in person by September 1st. Please help!!
FYI - my husband who is accompanying me received his final decision the same day as me - approved and message below is visible for him.

hi, what is the process? we are going to Bangalore VFS for submitting my husband's passport.
Only a suggestion, I dont know if any issues will arise in this process
Send passport to vfs ASAP
Get student visa
Pray that you get ppr soon
Come to canada on student visa
Pray that you get PPR soon
If you get ppr, email cic for sending passport to LVO ottawa instead of India
Get PR
Avoid study alltogether or study as a PR and you will be paying 3 times less fees
Yes, I will study as PR. Already informed university and been assured by them that as soon as I inform them about PR, they will restructure my fees. But that is not my question. The message with instructions to send the passport to VFS is not there in my account yet. Without this message, i cannot send passport to VFS.
