Note: If you receive and accept an Invitation to Apply (ITA) from IRCC or a nomination from another province or territory after you have already applied to OINP, the OINP is unable to continue processing your application. You must submit a request to withdraw your application with the OINP. Your application fee will not be refunded if the OINP has started processing your application. Application fees are non-refundable if processing has already begun, as they cover OINP’s cost of processing applications.

I am at 432...im too much worried about bank statement.my consultant told me that when we get ur ITA then you have to open an account and Will deposit fund into ur account .now i came to know that they need 6 months statement.
Now i have to sell a plot and deposit fund into my account. So i guess that my profile is redundant for now.even if i get ITA i wont be able to apply for PR.
Am i correct? Plz someone guide me if there is any option you guys recommend.

You have a while to get your application in. I would only refuse it if you can't get the property sold. Assuming you do, copy the deed and the transfer as well as the bank deposit slip for proof of funds

So that means in case of gift deeds or balance from property sold the six month statement is not mandatory?

Ah that's really annoying! On the bright side 440 is a good score so the chances of you being pulled soon I'm sure are very high.

Can you tell me how long ago was it that you submitted your documents to be assessed and was it with WES. I'm also just waiting on ECA but my status is still only at 'in progress' after 2 weeks.

Yes, I’ve sent my documents to WES as well. Here’s my timeline so far:

07-July: Documents sent
12-July: Documents received by WES
14-July: Changed status on website to “documents received, under review”
24-July: Documents Accepted, status changed to evaluation in progress.
07-Aug: Status changed to “Your order is under final review and your evaluation report will be sent to your recipient(s).” and no changes after that

Someone on the WES timeline thread reported having received a completion email one day after this last status but I was not so lucky. Also by my calculations today was their last day of their 20 business day estimate but their website is saying their deadline is on the 14th.

Hi dear @pessacanada, @iamxty already knows this, she actually sent me a message! I almost fell of my chair, I was at the dentist at the time! Lol! And then it hit me, when every unpredicted draw happened I was doing something without even looking at the my phone, so I decided on Wednesday's to be super busy!

Congrats to everyone who received their ITA, hoping for this strike to continue till we are all cleared!

So that means in case of gift deeds or balance from property sold the six month statement is not mandatory?

Statements are never mandatory. You just need to convince them that the money in your account is yours. If your avg balance of last 6 months is low and the current balance is high, that means there was a sudden influx of funds in your account recently. So they might suspect that you borrowed it. To avoid that, you need to prove that money is yours by either providing statements, gift deed or sale deeds.

Friends, I am transferring my unanswered question from ROH 69 to ROH 70.

Congratulations to all who are getting and will be getting ITA’s in this 69th draw and “Hope” to all who are in line for coming draws.

I am at 434 and applied for OINP on 29th July. My current status in OINP is ASSESSMENT.

My question is whether to accept ITA first and then send a request to OINP for withdrawal of oinp application or is it the reverse. Please enlighten me on the procedure regarding this and please send any link to the guidelines. Thanks.

Well going by natural thinking process, accept ITA first and start the paperwork for the same. OINP is closed for the time being now so not much can be done about that.
If you have all the concerned documents ready then save time and money both by accepting ITA.
You will be quite happy after 2-3 months.

I would imagine you will definitely hear from them this week then. Hopefully you're lucky for the next draw. I'm sitting with 427 points so have time to wait on mine before the draw comes down to that.

Today's draw was good news really. I've updated my projections.

I had projected 432 +/- 1 for today, so it was right there. With the new information we should expect something like this:

• Draw on August 16 with 3200 ITAs: 426 +/-2
• Draw on August 23 with 3200 ITAs: 431 +/-3
• Draw on August 30 with 3200 ITAs: 438 +/-5

With draws every two weeks from now on, the score should drop below 430 on September 6 and below 420 on November 15.

There's not enough data to see the trend of new profiles for the past week, so these projections have a higher error margin.

Well you were almost there and I was wishing your predictions to be true, they were to an extent.
Imagine, I am sitting on 432, so rooting for your predictions to be true for the time being.

I think this is like 3rd time I am posting this and every time it goes in outer space instead of updating here.
