Hi! What is the best way to get in touch by phone with someone from the Singapore office? They sent me a follow-up mail today saying that they have asked for Police Clearance and Payment last May 25. I never received any request for Police Clearance and Payment, only a Medical request which I did as soon as possible.

I already replied asking for additional time to get the Police Clearance. How soon do they read and respond to email?

Has anyone been on a similar situation? If they did send me the instructions on May 25, will that be on the CIC account or will they just ask for it via email? I double checked today and there is really no such correspondence.

May 24 - MR
June 3 - Medical done
June 14 - Medical passed
June 19 - (emailed SGVO to confirm if Police clearance and RPRF request was sent)
June 21 - (SGVO replied they sent together with MR, but i didnt receive in email or in GCKEY)
June 22 - SGVO resends copy to my email
July 21 - (1 month application for SG police clearance) submitted police clearance +RPRF receipt
July 27 - PPR/decision made
