Then you should be checking the New Delhi thread as they will be processing the PR app for applicant.

processing time 12 months i sponser him 6 months ago i was just wondering if i can apply visitor visa for him bcz i m pregnant and my due date is 31 oct if he can come to help me fr few months ? thnx

You can certainly apply for a visitor visa. Since he has a spouse in Canada and has applied for PR, the chances of approval are on the low side. I would request a short trip (2-3 weeks). He should include evidence to demonstrate he has strong ties to his home country.
