Hi All,
My Profile:
10th: 73.5%
12th: 63.5%
BTECH (Electronics and communication): 7.66 CGPA
IELTS: R-6.5, L-8, W:6, S:6. Overall:6.5

Work Experience: 17 months (Wipro Technologies)

Interested in MS Computer Science. I want to apply for Fall 2017. What are my chances? And where should I apply?
Please guide me.

I applied on 24 Feb 2017 from Ahmedabad VFS On Paper Basis , under University category . Since its been atmost 20 days feeling bit worried now . :-[ Did anybody received results .

I just want to say that i am also in a same boat as you,,
I have already completed my M.tech in mechanical engg (CAD/CAM) in 2015. and now got adm in windsor M.Eng automotive.
could you please mail me your SOP to sarvangpatel92@gmail.com so i can get some idea to convince VO. i am affraid of my visa.

Hey Hi, I applied on May 24 th (non SPP) paper based , six weeks passed and no update at all.
when ever i try to link my application to the online account its telling "u wight have mistaken and we found no applications" . I entered my details exactly as it was in the application form.

Any one with the same problem or any one applied recently and waiting for the update ?

Hello everyone,

I applied for visa on 26th June at VFS Ahmedabad.
It has been 29 days now and still counting.
I'm a little bit worried.

My qualifications say
10th :- 85%
12th :- 77%
BE in Mechanical with 6.4 CGPA
IELTS 7.5
Got admission in Fanshawe college in Automotive - Motive Power technician


Am I in trouble?

Read carefully step number 8,9 and 10
  1. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/e-services/mycic.asp
    (2) Click on continue to Gckey
    (3) If You've already account created, login with your Username and Password otherwise Click on Sign up to go on next page and create your username, password and security questions.
    (4) After creating my CIC account, click link application to this account.
    (5) Then select category as Temporary residence and subcategory as Study Permit and extension.
    (6) Then select Family name, given name and date of birth option.
    (7) Fill your family name(surname), given name and date of birth as per Passport or Application form.
    (8.) Next in applicant personal info panel fill Passport information only and DO NOT FILL CITY AND COUNTRY OF BIRTH.
    (9) Enter your course start date given on your offer letter exact same as that.
    (10) Enter course end date as on offer letter only month and year is given so enter that only don't select the date.
    (11) Enter your DLI no. same as given on the offer letter.( Google it and do copy and paste there    )
    (12) Next search for your application.
    (13) Your application will be found and can be linked.
    (14) You can get real time updates on your paper application online.

    I was getting errors and tried the same with mine and it worked so hopefully it ll work for everyone
